"When my wife asked me if I would write a few words on our joint behalf to reflect our thoughts now some 3 months after moving here, I willingly agreed to do so. Back in August 2007 we were faced with the need for our home relocation following my wife's business activities re-siting to the Peterborough area and the desirability for her to live reasonably close to her family. A colleague at work suggested we look at the 'Larkfleet Homes' website as there were at least two sites in the Peterborough area. Ever since doing so, I have been pleasantly surprised at what I have seen and subsequently experienced.

Initially from contact with Head Office personnel and subsequently local site representatives we have experienced the most careful attention to our expressed needs which included the desirability to 'part exchange' our previous home in order to expedite relocation (which was achieved well within our 3 months aim.) The degree of workmanship in our new home can only fairly be described as 'excellent' (which is a term I use from experience only sparingly.)Subsequent attention to inevitable minor 'teething' problems has been attended to with the minimum of inconvenience and in a most friendly and courteous manner.

In consequence we have no hesitation in recommending Larkfleet Homes."

She is always so helpful and professional, and always at hand to give updates.
