Reservations
Larkfleet Homes will reserve a plot of the homeowner's choice for a small reservation fee (please ask sales staff for details). The reservation fee can be paid by cheque, cash or selected credit cards. The reservation process is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Larkfleet Homes will a reserve a specified property upon the terms and conditions laid down in our standard form of legal documentation for the development. Once a purchaser has paid a reservation fee, it is generally in part non-refundable. It does not appy to all schemes; please ask for details. Larkfleet Homes understand that either way the company or purchaser may withdraw at any time prior to exchange of contracts. As a purchaser if you fail to exchange contracts by the reservation expiry date then Larkfleet Homes can amend any reservation conditions agreed at the time of reservation or withdraw and re-offer the plot for sale. Purchasers acknowledge that the completion of the reservation form does not constitute a contract or memorandum within the meaning of Section 2 of the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989. The building completion date is an estimate only and whilst Larkfleet Homes will endeavour to comply with the date it may alter due to a delay in exchanging contracts or circumstances beyond the company's control. Purchasers will be required to supply Larkfleet Homes solicitor with certified copies of identification documentation required pursuant to the 'Money Laundering Regulations 2003'.
