Larkfleet congratulates Sales staff as property sales double
24 November 2011
Despite a depressed housing market Larkfleet Homes is set to double its property sales this year.
The company recently gathered its sales staff together to praise them for their hard work that has resulted in the company now projecting a 100 per cent increase on last year's property sales.
Larkfleet has already sold as many properties in the past half year as it did in the entire previous twelve months. If sales continue at the same level over the next six months, and current reservations on Larkfleet development sites suggest that they will, Larkfleet will be able to celebrate twice as many property sales in 2011-2012 compared to 2010-2011.
Larkfleet currently has housing developments in Eye and Yaxley in Cambridgeshire, Oakham in Rutland and Bourne, Donington and Deeping St James in Lincolnshire.
Its Willoughby Walk development in Bourne currently only has one four-bedroom semi-detached property left for sale on the site.
There has been further sales success at Deeping St James. Larkfleet's second development in the village, Apple Grove, will offer a stylish selection of three, four and five bedroom homes and over 75 per cent of the properties have already been sold off-plan.
Most recently, the sales team at The Croft, a new exclusive retirement community for those aged 55 and over in Bourne, Lincolnshire, helped host an official opening ceremony for the development. The Croft has already received interest from potential homebuyers and ten properties have been reserved 'off-plan' thanks to the hard work of the sales team.
Sales staff have also been given a Larkfleet makeover as brand new uniforms have now been handed out to all members of the sales team.
Sales director Jason Colmer commented: 'Our sales staff work incredibly hard to ensure that Larkfleet Homes maintains its reputation as a successful high quality housebuilder. Their efforts mean that our properties are continuing to sell, even during the current difficult economic conditions.
'I would like to take this opportunity to thank each member of the Larkfleet sales team for their enthusiasm and effort. They are an asset to the company. The new uniforms look great and I look forward to continuing our selling success.'
