Aftercare

Prior to Larkfleet Homes handing of your new home you will be asked to carry out a New Home Demonstration with our Sales Adviser and Site Manager, this will cover useful practical matters such as operating the heating, and appliances and they can advise you on energy efficiency.

On the day you move into your new property you will be asked to inspect your new home and hopefully all remedial work picked up on your New Home Demonstration will be have been completed. You will also be given a handover pack which will contain all the instruction manuals for your new home and a Homeowner Guide. Your property will then be passed over to our After Care Contractors. In the unlikely event of any teething problems, theses should be reported directly to them, the details of which can be found in you Homeowner Guide.
