To demonstrate to local authorities, architects and the local community how ‘green’ building technologies work, Larkfleet has built a demonstration house for view alongside its headquarters in Bourne. The timber-framed house shows how a three-bedroom home can be built to level 3 and level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
